This Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for dry boat storage can help boat owners understand the key aspects of storing their vessels out of water.
We have two locations to serve you: one in the East end of Chilliwack and the other in the West end of Abbotsford.
Our storage facilities are gated, indoor, and secure, and they are not open to the public. However, we are available for viewings upon request.
Due to the high volume of boats we store, we need to organize them in a way that allows for efficient retrieval in the spring. It is crucial to choose your pull date carefully.
While we can accommodate changes if necessary, there is a $350 inconvenience fee because it can be a lengthy process and may require moving several boats to access the one needing the change.
While we do heat our storage facility, we cannot guarantee consistent heating throughout the year due to potential system failures or extended power outages. Therefore, it is technically not necessary to winterize your boat, but we strongly recommend it as a precaution.
Customers will need to sign a waiver acknowledging that choosing to winterize their boats is their responsibility since uninterrupted heating cannot be assured.

Not at this time. However, we do require a $500 deposit in the spring to hold a spot for the upcoming year. The balance is due upon arrival.
We strongly advise against changing your pull date. However, exceptions can be made with a $350 inconvenience fee.
Yes, you can leave your gear in the boat since our storage is not open to the public. However, we recommend removing all wet items to dry over the winter, as they can hold moisture and collect mold if left unattended.
The choice is yours. You can leave the cover on or remove it. The boat will be stored exactly as it arrives: if the cover is on, it will stay on; if the cover is off, it will stay off.
Unfortunately, regardless of the weather, all boats are pulled on the pre-scheduled weekends.
